move freely again-without pain holding you back
Feel strong, capable, and confident in your body—whether you're gardening, getting up from the floor, or keeping up with your grandkids.

you weren't meant to sit life out
You’ve spent enough time watching from the sidelines—avoiding hikes, skipping family outings, or passing the baby off because getting to the floor and back up feels impossible. That’s not just frustrating—it chips away at your confidence.
At Resilient Strength Coaching, I help women like you move freely again, so you can keep up with the people you love, feel strong in your own body, and stop wondering “is this just how aging goes?”
Your workouts aren’t the goal—they’re the tool. And I’ll show you how to use them to get your life back.
Get Back to the Life You Love
Understand what your body's telling you - and what to do about it.
Nagging pain and stiffness aren’t just “part of aging.” When you understand why your body feels the way it does, you’re empowered to make confident, informed decisions — ones that lead to real, lasting change.

Workouts built for YOUR life, not someone else's.
Your program is based on your needs, your history, and your goals — not trends. After a detailed assessment, each session is customized to help you move better, feel stronger, and finally trust your body again.

You don't need more willpower, you need the right support.
We’ll uncover what truly matters to you — whether it's lifting your grandchild or hiking without pain — and make a plan to get there. You’ll gain the clarity and confidence to take daily steps toward a stronger, more capable you.

HEY!
I'M Marcia
At 58, I’ve heard the same story over and over:
“After 40, it’s all downhill.”
“Pain is just part of aging.”
“Get used to slowing down.”
But I’m here to tell you: that story isn’t the whole truth.
Yes, our bodies change. But that doesn’t mean decline is your only option. You can absolutely feel stronger, move more freely, and keep doing the things you love — whether that’s gardening, hiking, or playing on the floor with your grandkids.
It doesn’t take hours in the gym or bootcamp intensity. It takes consistency, the right guidance, and a belief that you’re worth investing in — one step at a time.
It’s More Than Personal Training-it's personal
The fitness world often overlooks the people who need support the most.
Programs are built for 25-year-olds, group classes feel intimidating, and you're expected to fit their plan — even if it doesn’t fit your body or your life.
That’s not how I work.
You deserve more than a workout. You deserve someone who listens, understands your limitations, honors your goals, and builds a plan just for you.
And you will grow with support that sticks with you — every step of the way.

Discovery Call. a no-pressure conversation
We’ll hop on a free Zoom call to get to know each other.
You can share what’s been holding you back — pain, stiffness, fear — and I’ll ask some questions to understand what you need. If I’m the right person to help, we’ll take the next step together. If not, I’ll help you find someone who is.

your personal Consultation
In this first session, we’ll talk through your goals and your challenges — like walking without pain, getting up from the floor, or just feeling strong again. I’ll also gently assess your movement so we know where to start and how to keep you safe.

build your foundation
Over the next few weeks, we’ll assess your current ability and create your custom movement plan.
You’ll learn what your body needs, how to measure your progress, and start feeling the difference — one step at a time.

grow your strength and confidence
This is where we deepen the work.
You’ll learn to move better, feel stronger, and build habits that support your everyday life — from how you lift a flowerpot to how you recover from a long day on your feet.
We’ll talk through what’s working and adjust as you go. You’re never on your own.

live with freedom
Once you’ve reached your goals, we’ll make sure you know how to keep that strength and confidence going — whether you want to maintain what you’ve gained, or reach for something new you didn’t think was possible.
This is about freedom: to move, to play, to live on your terms.
