It doesn’t take extreme workouts or hours at the gym. Just small, consistent steps—guided by someone who gets it—can create big, lasting change.

I grew up in the suburbs, found my strength later in life—and haven’t stopped moving since.
I believe it’s never too late to try something new, and that getting stronger starts with meeting yourself exactly where you are. My own journey hasn’t been without injuries or limitations. But staying active, strength training consistently, and learning how to move well have made all the difference.
Now, I don’t have to think twice about hiking all day, sitting on the floor to play with my grandkids, or climbing the many stairs in my house—here in the Alaskan mountains I call home.
I’ve been lucky to learn from incredible coaches along the way—people who saw my potential even when I didn’t. That’s what I now do for the women I work with.
